In 2026, Mountain Cricket in Gudauri will host two transformative events in psychology and personal growth. Set against the backdrop of mountain peaks and silence, these programs combine deep inner work, the support of community, and the unique power of the Georgian mountains.
📍 March 22–28 — psychological training :"The Peaks of Hierarchy” with Tatyana Ivanova, psychologist and systems analyst.
The program includes skiing in Gudauri, a snowshoe hike to Mount Sadzele, and the core experience: Games of Power — exploring hierarchies, group dynamics, and leadership roles. The group is limited to 10 participants. Families are welcome: while you’re in the sessions, your loved ones can enjoy the mountains.
📍 August 9–15 — the second women’s retreat “The Power of Trust.”
A week of women’s circles, meditations, mountain walks, and discovering strength through trust — in yourself, in the space, and in life.
📍 November 1-6 — On the path to the Summits. A retreat about business, career and new heights.
