Transfers are not included in the price, but we would be happy to arrange them for you from Tbilisi, Kutaisi, or Vladikavkaz. The price varies depending on the car's capacity.
Our houses and apartments feature self-check-in. You’ll find the keys in the safe. Check-in is available any time after 15:00, and check-out is required by 12:00.
We welcome guests with children and provide all the essentials, including cribs and high chairs. Children up to 3 years old who can sleep in a crib stay free of charge.
Your furry family members are more than welcome! Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet and ensure you have their veterinary passport. We also have a friendly husky boy, but we wanted to give you a heads-up! ;)
We respect your habits, but indoor smoking is not allowed in any area. Please smoke cigarettes, use hookahs, vapes, or electronic cigarettes outside only. This ensures a safe environment for adults, children, and those with tobacco allergies.

We offer several options, and none involve sharing space (bathrooms or living areas) with others.
The Snowfield Cottage and the Rockway Apartment, located on the ground floor of the cottage, are completely independent from one another. They are rented separately and each has its own entrance, bathroom, and kitchen.
The Chalet Pinewood is available for 10-12 guests in winter. During the summer season, it can be rented by floor, with each floor having its own separate entrance.
The owners reside on the third floor of the chalet. Guests share the entrance and stairs leading to the third floor with them, but there are no other common areas.

Upon arrival, we provide one large towel per person, as well as toilet paper, shower gel, hand soap, and dishwasher tablets when needed, along with kitchen detergent. Any additional supplies you may need before your departure will need to be purchased on your own.
We also provide a welcome bundle of firewood for the fireplace in the cottage. Each additional bundle costs 40 GEL. Please note that we are situated at an altitude of 2,200 meters in a national park, and there is no forest nearby.
In the summer, heating is not provided in the houses; only hot water is available.

We are located in Gudauri, just 120 km from Tbilisi Airport. The drive takes about 2 hours along a scenic, picturesque route with charming serpentine roads.
